6:00 PM: Terrace Social, Memorial Union Terrace
Start Alumni Weekend where memories are made—on the Memorial Union Terrace. Join fellow ruggers from every era for an informal evening of laughs, lakeside views, and a few well-earned beverages. From those who laced up the boots in the ’70s to the newest graduates, this is your chance to reconnect, reminisce, and kick off the weekend the Wisconsin Rugby way.

2:00 - 4:00 PM: Alumni Matches
One of the weekend’s most anticipated traditions, the alumni vs. team matches bring past and present Badgers together on the pitch for a spirited clash. Whether you’re lacing up your boots for another round or cheering on from the touchline, don’t miss the chance to be part of the action. Reconnect with the game, share a few laughs, and show the current squad how it’s done—or at least give them a good run for their money.
4:30 - 5:30 PM: Cocktail Hour
Start the evening with a relaxed pre-banquet cocktail hour. Reconnect with old teammates, share a few stories, and enjoy a drink or two from the cash bar. It’s a great chance to unwind and kick off the festivities before dinner.
5:30 - 6:15 PM: Dinner
Enjoy a delicious dinner with fellow ruggers.
6:15 - 7:15 PM: Program
The night continues with an update from the Alumni Association, followed by the prestigious induction of new members into the Wisconsin Rugby Hall of Fame. This program is a special opportunity to reflect on the tradition of the club and honor those who’ve helped shape Wisconsin Rugby.
7:15 PM: Live Auction
Get ready for some fun and friendly competition as we kick off the live auction! Bid on some exciting items and experiences, all while supporting the future of Wisconsin Rugby.
After 8:00
The night’s not over yet! Stick around to enjoy more drinks, visit with old friends, and keep the conversations—and laughs—going until the night winds down around 9:00 PM.
